特大城市青年人才的住房现状与问题——来自北京的调研与思考

    摘要

    本文关注特大城市青年人才的住房问题，所用数据源自课题组2013年开展的“北京市青年住房状况调查”。本文从代际的视角出发，剖析了特大城市中青年人才住房问题的意义与重要性，将在京青年人才分为居住自有住房者、与父母亲戚同住者以及租房居住者三类，分别总结了他们目前面临的住房问题与影响因素。在此基础上，本文认为解决城市青年住房问题的突破口在于租房，故进一步阐释了在京青年人才租房问题的形成与原因，提出了以完善租房市场体系为核心的“青年住房促进政策”。

    Abstract

    This article focuses on the housing problem faced by young talents living in mega-cities. It is based on the data from “the Survey of Current Housing Condition for Young Talents”，conducted by the research team in 2013. This report analyses the significance of solving the housing problem faced by young talents with a view of the generational transmission. It divides the young talents in Beijing into three categories：those who own their own house，those who live with their parents or relatives and those who rent houses and wraps up the housing dilemma they face and the underlying reasons and gives suggestions on helping more young people get their own housing by improving the house-renting market.
